Like many places in Summit County, 304 Main Street in Frisco has seen several changes over the years. What was once a tire shop in Frisco was transformed into Uptown, then was known as the Boatyard for many years. After yet another renovation, it has been the Uptown on Main since 2018. Cynthia and Wayne Spaulding spent over two decades establishing and running this gem of a place, and the new owners are excited to continue in their footsteps, as the Spauldings move on to new endeavors. Long time locals David and Britt Gilbert, the Owners of Eclectic Bar and Grill in Silverthorne, are thrilled to bring delicious food and drinks to another historic building in Summit County, serving locals and tourists alike.

Chef Kevin Caudill has once again outdone himself with a menu that is sure to have something for everyone. It incorporates spins on old favorites of the Uptown with his creations in Silverthorne, as well as a few new creations. As a Detroit boy with a pizza oven now at his fingertips, he is excited to showcase his hometown style pizza – Eclectic Kitchen and Bar is the only place in Summit County to offer a Detroit Style Pizza!
